ABOUT SASCHA
There comes a moment when you know, you can’t keep living the same story. The disconnection, the cycles, the ache for something deeper. You’ve done the work. The therapy. The workshops. The mindset shifts. You’re self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and you get it. And yet… there’s a part of you that’s still suffering. You still feel like you’re holding back.Still caught in loops, patterns you understand but can’t seem to shake.
You’ve touched the edges of freedom, but haven’t fully landed in it. Because knowing isn’t the same as feeling. Talking about it isn’t the same as moving it. And healing doesn’t only happen in the mind, it happens in the body.
This is where I come in.
I’m Sascha - a trauma-informed somatic therapist, Certified Tantra Practitioner with the Embodied Awakening Academy, and guide for those who are ready to move beyond concepts and into true embodied transformation.
Through somatic healing, bodywork, Tantra, nervous system regulation, and voice activation, I help you release what’s living in your body. The trauma, the conditioning, the shame, the masks, and return to a version of you that is powerful, present, and fully alive.
My work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping you remember who you are beneath the strategies, stories, and survival patterns.
You’ll learn to trust your body again.
To speak your truth without apology.
To feel your emotions without collapsing.
To meet intimacy with clarity, with reverence, with fire.
To take up space - not just spiritually, but physically, sensually, vocally, fully.
With over a decade in the healing arts, extensive studies in somatic therapy and Tantra, 500+ hours of yoga teacher training, and years of guiding retreats and private immersions around the world, I bring a fusion of depth, intuition, and integrity into every session I hold.
But this path? It’s not theoretical. It’s personal.
I’ve lived through the freeze, the disconnection, the doubt. I know what it’s like to carry shame in the body, to silence your voice, to question your worth, and I know what it takes to come back home.
My work is for the ones who are ready.
Ready to feel it all.
To let go of what no longer serves.
To stop performing and start living.
If you’re longing for depth, for truth, for liberation that doesn’t just live in your mind but pulses through your body.
This is your invitation to come home to all aspects of yourself.
Let’s begin.
